Zahara Is That You? Mzansi Reacts After Noticing Vocal Similarities Between Rihanna And Zahara In Black Panther Wakanda Forever “Lift Me Up” Soundtrack
South African songstress Zahara has found herself trending on social media after internationally acclaimed Barbadian singer Rihanna released the much anticipated Black Panther Wakanda Forever Soundtrack.
Rihanna has released a song titled ‘Lift Me Up‘ after a 6-year hiatus from music.
The song Lift Me Up was penned by Afrobeats star Tems and it is a dedication to the late Black Panther actor Chadwick Boseman.
Following the release of the soundtrack, South Africans could not but notice the striking similarities between Rihanna and Zahara’s vocals.
Taking to Twitter, South Africans echoed how they all thought it was Zahara singing when they first heard the song. Netizens agreed that Rihanna sounded like Zahara on this soundtrack.
