Wedding Bells Chime: Housemates Who Found Love On Big Brother Mzansi Take Relationship To The  Next Level

It looks like we are going to be attending a wedding very soon.

Big Brother Mzansi 2022 housemates Thato Immaculate Mokoena and Gashwan ‘Gash1’ Mthombeni are now married.

Thato and Gash1 have decided to take their relationship to the next level.

The two lovebirds fell in love towards the end of 2022s Big Brother Mzansi houseEver since then the couple has been serving major couple goals.

Speaking following her eviction, Thato told News24 that the love she and Gash1 shared was real for her.

“I was there for 9 out of 10 weeks and finding love is something I didn’t expect at all. He is not the kind of guy I usually go for, but love is love I guess.” 

“It was all real for me. I don’t believe that Gash was playing a game with me, and that’s what my heart told me. He let his guard down and would sacrifice the game when speaking to me and I did the same. I am yet to see if he was playing me after he wins the R2 million. If he was, then his loss.”

The lovely couple started dating when she got evicted and are now married.

Thato and Gash1 confirmed their marriage to the DailySun saying;

“All I can reveal is that the two families have come together. And yes, I am Thato Mthombeni.”   

This comes just a week after they hinted that they have taken a major step in their relationship.

Thato still hasn’t changed her surname yet and this has prompted many to question why she hasn’t changed her last name yet. The reality star revealed that becoming a Mrs takes time as such she is going to be using her two names until the process is complete.

“Becoming a Mrs takes time. There are processes. It’s a journey and we’ve taken the first step.”

“For now, I’ll be using my two names, Thato Immaculate. In fact, I’ve been using those names and not my surname on social media because I knew my surname would change.”
