Musa stands accused of the stabbing of his love interest Wandile back in March 2022. It is alleged that Musa stabbed Wandile in the groin after a misunderstanding over their relationship.

Wandile’s girlfriend Sweetnes Jafter revealed that Musa was pursuing her late boyfriend who kept turning down Musa’s advances. A fight broke up at Wandile’s residence where Musa also claimed he defended himself from a “violent Wandile” who wanted to hit him with a beer bottle. Musa later confessed that he took a kitchen knife and stabbed the late Wandile in self-defence.

“I remember following him, believing we were walking to the car. However, we didn’t get to the car. He turned and picked up a bottle and threw it towards me, but I ducked,” Musa said on his Twitter space.

Last month on September 19 he appeared at the Vredenburg Magistrates Court in the Western Cape for the same charges.

Speaking on his Twitter space last month, Musa claimed he had applied and was given an undisclosed amount of bail.

His silence on social media lately has been alarming to some of his fans.

Rumours spreading on the microblogging page say he was put in prison under unclear circumstances following his bail application.

There has not been much on the media about the development, however, iHarare is reliably informed that Musa Khawula was expected back in court at the end of October when his fate would have been decided.

If by any chance he is now in prison, it could be that there were some changes to his bail conditions, and he has been deemed a flight risk after breaking some of his bail conditions.

Musa recently created a backup account on Twitter after he got his first banned by Twitter control. He has been updating his fans on celebrity gossip and much about his life. However, lately, the backup account has not been very active as it was before.
