Remember the 1999 Nigerian Movie Igodo? 6 of the Actors Are Dead. See the Full Cast Here (Photos)
Produced in the year 1999 by Don Pedro Obaseki and directed by Andy Amenechi, Igodo is one of the best Nigerian movies ever. When I first saw the movie, I was less than seven, but the memory still lingered till I saw it again recently.
Igodo tells the story of seven men who went on a journey to bring back a knife, which will be used to combat the evil spirits tormenting and killing the villagers. Only one of the seven men returns alive with the knife, a flutist by name Igodo. But quite ironically, he returned to the news of his wife’s death, while his dead colleagues’ wives were all alive.
