President ED Is Being Misled: Temba Mliswa Issues Warning
Firebrand Norton legislator Temba Mliswa has sensationally claimed that President Emmerson Mnangagwa is being misled by the people around him. According to Mliswa, some of the President’s advisors are not telling him how bad things are in reality.
He further alleges that instead of showing the President the true picture on the ground, these unnamed advisors are busy bad-mouthing him to hide their incompetence. The vocal MP then ominously declares that these same people will ditch President Mnangagwa, in the same manner, they ditched his predecessor, former President Robert Mugabe, if anything happens.
Seemingly venting his frustrations with the system on social media on Monday, Mliswa said
People have reached the stage where they are saying Mugabe was better. This was unthinkable a little time ago. They had high expectations. If the President has not been told this by his security team then he should change it because it’s not doing him a favour
Im not looking for anything but the success of what I believed in and supported. Sometimes the true information comes from those outside the system. Those around you have created a web of lies telling you things are fine. They are not.
Those around will tell you that Temba apanduka but that is a lie, handipanduke. I only say the truth and am venting here because those around you have created a web of lies. But they will ditch you at the slightest sign of trouble just as they did with Mugabe.
They will leave you going the wrong way. Running a country is simple, listen to everybody and draw a conclusion. These liers around you, hiding the truth will ditch you at the slightest whim. We don’t need another recurrence of what happened with Mugabe.
This habit of accusing people kuti vapanduka when they have simply stated the truth no longer flies. It’s a tired gimmick of ineffective hangers-on who want to protect their jobs on conspiracy and not ability.
Most of the people who are surrounding the President now& leading him astray are actually upstarts who were not there before 2004 when it was dangerous. At that time they were people like Daniel Shumba, Jonathan Moyo, Jacob Mudenda, Jabulani Sibanda, Callistus Ndlovu, not anaMudha.
Am stating this historical narrative to show that my support for the new dispensation dates its acquisition of power& thus isn’t premised on material ambitions but realisation of national goals. That’s why it’s painful to see a few people defeating the whole idea by misleading ED.
A point to note for those saying just join ZANU-PF and to also inform the President. The reason why I cannot join it is because of the violence that was done in Hurungwe West when I campaigned there. This is detailed in a report which implicates Justice Minister Ziyambi. He should be investigated.
Thus as a matter of principle, I cannot go back to such a party.
A party which has got leaders who presided over a meeting alleging Mai Mujuru as leader of Gamatox& people were purged based on a lie. Such kind of mental& physical violence is unpalatable.
