Drunk Nigerian man arrested for beating a restaurant owner in Kuala Lumpur (Video)

A Nigerian man, believed to be drunk has been apprehended by the authorities after beating a restaurant owner in Bandar Mahkota Cheras,Kuala Lumpur. He also allegedly hit a lorry driver and damaged some items inside the shop.

Harian Metro reports that the incident happened on Monday, Sept.28,2020. According to Kajang District Police Chief Assistant Commissioner Mohd Zaid Hassan, they received an emergency call from a woman who is also the owner of the restaurant at about 4pm.

Following that, the police patrol car (MPV) team was deployed to the scene. In a video by Info Roadblock JPJ/POLIS, the suspect could be seen handcuffed and struggling to break free as two police officers try to get him into the car. The suspect can also be seen kicking one of the officers and falls to the ground during the scuffle.

Warga Nigeria Mabuk

Kajang: Seorang lelaki warga Nigeria yang dipercayai mabuk ditahan pihak berkuasa selepas memukul pemilik kedai makan di Bandar Mahkota Cheras, semalam.Dalam kejadian jam 3.30 petang itu, suspek juga dilapor memukul seorang pemandu lori selain merosakkan barang di dalam kedai berkenaan.Ketua Polis Daerah Kajang Asisten Komisioner Mohd Zaid Hassan berkata, pihaknya menerima panggilan kecemasan daripada seorang wanita yang juga pemilik kedai makan berkenaan pada 4.02 petang."Susulan itu, pasukan kereta peronda polis (MPV) dikerahkan ke lokasi kejadian."Setiba di lokasi polis kemudian membuat tangkapan terhadap lelaki berkenaan," katanya dalam kenyataan, hari ini.Mohd Zaid berkata, pihaknya masih menyiasat punca suspek bertindak demikian dan merosakkan barang di kedai itu."Orang ramai yang tahu berhubung kejadian diminta tampil atau menghubungi Balai Polis berdekatan atau Pegawai Penyiasat kes, Inspektor Salena di talian 017-6424007 untuk memberikan keterangan bagi membantu siasatan."Kes disiasat mengikut Seksyen 323 dan Seksyen 427 Kanun Keseksaan atas kesalahan mencederakan dan perbuatan khianat," katanya.▶️𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗼
