Naked models deported from Dubai arrive home in Ukraine as one stays behind with Covid

A group of women who posed naked on a balcony in Dubai have arrived back in Ukraine after being deported from the UAE.

The women arrived back in Ukraine after spending 10 days in a local prison for a porn stunt that went viral.

Naked pictures of the girls flooded the internet on April 3, showing them with their bums to the camera and their boobs out to the city below.

Dubai Police arrested the group on charges of debauchery and said “such unacceptable behaviours do not reflect the values and ethics of Emirati society”.

It was feared the women would face a six-month jail term or a fine of up to 5,000 dirhams (£1,000) each.

A woman who was detained with the women has not left the country as she contracted coronavirus during her stay.

Press secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Oleh Nikolenko, told UNIAN that the women had been deported for “participating in a naked photoshoot.”

Mr Nikolenko said: “On the evening of April 12, the UAE authorities deported 11 Ukrainian citizens who had previously been detained in Dubai for participating in a naked photoshoot.

“Another Ukrainian woman diagnosed with Covid will be deported on recovery.”

He added that the entire group of women have been banned from further entry into the UAE and thanked the Ukrainian Consulate in Dubai for their help.
