Meet The White Lady Who Wants To Be The New Zulu King’s Wife

 

A white woman from Gauteng has generated Twitter interest after she professed love for King Misuzulu, saying she wants to be the Zulu king’s wife.

Amelia attended the coronation of King Misuzulu kaZwelithini on Saturday, 20 August.  She said she attended the event to meet the Zulu King as she wanted to be his ‘first white Zulu Queen.’

King Misuzulu was coronated at Nongoma at the KwaKhangelamankengana Palace, KwaZulu-Natal.

Thousands of people gathered at Saturday’s traditional Zulu ceremony, where the king entered the sacred cattle kraal to invoke his ancestors before being announced to both the living and the dead as the new Zulu monarch.

The white woman who is crushing on the Zulu King attended the coronation ceremony donning a traditional Zulu attire.

Amelia spoke to eNCA and said:

 

“I heard the King is going to come here today.  So I wanted…Maybe he’s looking for a wife. I don’t know if he’s going to watch this, then he’ll just know that I’m here and want to be the first white Queen of South Africa.”
