Floyd H. Spinner, Sr. May 10, 2022 Floyd H. Spinner, Sr., of Tully, died May 10. He retired from the NYS Dept of Transportation, was a volunteer at the Tully Fire Dept and widower of Joan. Survived by children, Cindy Devine, Jeannie & Floyd Spinner and Margaret Bloom; 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. A Celebration of life will be held at Cummings Park, 2 Grove St. in Tully, on Saturday, May 21, from 1 to 5pm. Contributions may be made to the Tully Volunteer Fire Dept.
