A seven-year-old girl has gone through an horrific sex attack in the hands of a couple before using a needle and thread to sew up the injuries they had caused, according to a police report.
The vile assault is one of a number that appear to have taken place between May and November in Apopka, a city in Orange County, Florida.
Many of the details of the case are being withheld in order to protect the alleged victim.
Police attended a home in Apopka on November 11, to find the girl crying under a table.
She told officers that she had been forced into “sexual acts that she did not wish to perform,” according to an arrest warrant.
The warrant also stated that “the Victim mentioned that they were trying to teach her how to have a baby.”
“The Victim stated [Keene] was present when this incident occurred and assisted in cleaning up the blood before ultimately telling the Victim to go shower and go to bed,” the report said.
“The Victim stated the next day that [Keene] took her to Target and bought a sewing kit.”
In a text message being used as evidence by police, Keene told a friend that Pupo used the kit to stitch a wound caused by the alleged attack, adding that no anaesthetic had been used.
Keene told arresting officers that she wants dupe out of her house because he had assaulted her, causing a black eye and partial vision loss.
Sh also alleges that he kicked her in the abdomen when she told him she was pregnant. “[Keene] described that her husband has put her in emotional fear and distress of her life,” the police report states.
Pupo is also under investigation by the fire department.
Assistant Kissimmee Manager Austin D. Blake told Spectrum News.: “Argelio Pupo has been relieved of his position and is on administrative leave without pay from the Kissimmee Fire Department pending an administrative review of his case and criminal charges.”
