Anna Ione “Oney” Goloski September 28, 2022 Anna I. Goloski, 96, of Kirkville, passed away peacefully. She was born in Minoa, the daughter of the late Harry and Iva Pollard. She graduated Valedictorian of Minoa High School, class of 1944. Anna attended CCBI and earned a secretaries certificate. Anna married Gregory in 1949, and they raised four children together. Oney was a Cub Scout Den Mother for several years. She enjoyed spending time with family, going to WWII ship reunions with her husband, bowling, playing UNO and going to lunch with her friends. Surviving are her daughter, Joan (Peter) Ferstler; sons, Thomas (Elizabeth) and James Goloski; daughter-in-law, Linda Goloski; 10 grandchildren with one on the way; 10 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and wonderful neighbors. She is predeceased by her husband, Gregory Goloski; son, Peter Goloski; daughter, Barbara Goloski; and daughter-in-law, Margie Goloski. A calling hour will be Monday from 5:00 p.m. to 7: p.m. at R. H. Schepp & Son Minoa Chapel, 6530 Schepp’s Corners Rd., Minoa. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary’s Church, 401 N. Main St. Minoa. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Chittenango Animal Hospital, 1319 West Genesee St., Chittenango, NY 13116.
